Guizhou Weijing Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Ningbo Weijing Machinery Factory, established in 2011) is a factory that integrates the businesses of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). We specialize in the production of molds, parts, and ODM equipment parts. Our workshops cover a variety of processes such as mold manufacturing, casting, machining, sheet metal processing, forging, surface treatment, and assembly.

Our parts serve industries such as valves, ships, power, robotics, and high-end home furnishings. We have integrated the businesses of design, manufacturing, processing, treatment, logistics, and export. The factory covers an area of 20,398 square meters, and the workshop area reaches 15,000 square meters, and it has relevant certifications. We have more than 248 employees, including more than 30 technical and management personnel.

Professional Testing Equipment in Possession

 In order to better provide you with accurate parts, Weijing has established a professional mechanical testing studio.

1. There is an automatic three-coordinate measuring machine whose inspection of dimensional accuracy tolerance can reach +/- 0.005mm.

2. A rapid spectrometer for inspecting the content of materials (aluminum, iron, and copper as the three matrixes) is available to ensure that the material content meets the standards.

3. A tensile numerical control machine for inspecting the mechanical strength can quickly detect the mechanical strength, yield strength, and elongation rate.

4. An X-ray machine can detect the internal defects of metals with an inner wall thickness of 100mm, ensuring that the internal quality meets the standards.

5.There are a tester for detecting and a roughness tester for detecting surface roughness, etc.
